TERMS OF SERVICE

▪ All commissions are for personal use only.▪ Commissioner cannot resell the artwork in any shape or form.▪ Payments are in USD via PayPal.▪ Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the drawing but the commissioner will be informed beforehand.▪ I reserve the right to refuse commissions for any reason.▪ I'm maintaining the right to post low-quality versions of commissions on my social media and put them in my portfolio.▪ Commissioner cannot claim work as their own.If you need me to meet a certain deadline, let me know in advance and we will discuss whether I can work with those conditions or not.

PROCESS

1. When I accept requests for commission, the commissioner will receive a rough sketch for approval (up to 2 edits).2. After the rough sketch is approved I will send the invoice through Paypal (Commissioner can pay 50% upfront and 50% upon completion or pay the full sum upfront - it's important when it comes to refunds).3. As soon as I receive payment I will start working on the commission.4. Commissioner will be kept updated throughout every step of the process:▪ sketch
▪ flat color (no changes in sketch at this point; up to 2 edits)
▪ shadows and highlights (no changes in sketch and flat colors at this point; up to 2 edits)
▪ render of the image.6. When finished, Commissioner will receive the full-size jpg file, unless a different format is preffered.

GUIDELINES

I will draw:
✓ original characters, fandom content/fanart
✓ mild gore/ body horror
✓ NSFW (please if you are not +18 don't commission this type)
✓ all body types/gender identities/sexual orientations, etc.
✓ furryI will not draw:
✗ underage NSFW
✗ non-con or incest
✗ offensive content
✗ mecha or robotsIf I didn't mention something in guidelines, ask and I will tell you if I'm ok with drawing something ❤

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Commissioner can cancel the commission at any time but:▪ The refunded amount of a canceled commission will depend on how much of the piece has been completed.
▪ If Commissioner pays the full sum upfront, and commissioned work is at color or rendering phase a refund will not be possible.
▪ If Commissioner pays 50% upfront and commissioned work is at the clean sketch phase a refund will not be possible.Full refund would be possible if I cannot provide/finish commission for any reason.
